Welcome to ZORVIK. These terms govern how we sell to you, so please read them before you check out — placing an order confirms you accept them in full.

1About Us

ZORVIK runs the online shop at zorvik.com, bringing a hand-picked range of home and garden products to customers across the United Kingdom and the European Union. Below, "we" and "our" mean ZORVIK, and "you" means the customer. The version live when you order is the one that governs it.

2Key Terms

"Goods" are the products you buy; an "Order" is your checkout request; the "Contract" is the agreement formed once we accept it; and the "Site" means zorvik.com and its pages.

3Placing an Order

Checking out is your offer to buy the Goods. Our first email confirms your Order arrived — it isn't acceptance yet. The Contract becomes binding only when we email confirming dispatch. If we can't fulfil an Order, whether an item has sold out or a price was clearly wrong, we'll let you know quickly and refund anything paid.

4Prices & Payment

Prices show in pounds sterling (£), VAT included where it applies. We price carefully, but should a clear error slip through we aren't obliged to supply at the wrong figure and will contact you first. Payment is taken at checkout through the secure options shown, and the Goods become yours once payment clears in full and delivery is made.

5Delivery

We work to meet the estimated windows shown at checkout, though they're estimates rather than promises — couriers can run behind over a bank holiday or busy stretch. Once the parcel reaches you or someone at your address, responsibility passes to you. If nobody's home, the courier normally leaves a card or tries again.

6Cancelling

As a consumer you may cancel and return your Goods within 14 days of receiving them, no reason needed. The full process and legal exceptions are on our Cancellation Policy & Returns page, with a ready model form on the Withdrawal & Cancellation Form page.

7Faulty or Wrong Goods

Your statutory rights run alongside these terms and are not reduced by them. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. A quick photo or note usually helps us move faster.

8Our Liability

We're liable for foreseeable loss or damage arising from our breach of these terms or our negligence. We aren't liable for unforeseeable or business losses, as our Goods are for private, domestic use. Nothing here excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9Intellectual Property

The wording, imagery and design on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal use, but not reuse any part commercially without our written consent.

10Your Data

Personal details you share are handled per our Privacy Policy, which sets out what we collect, why, and the rights you hold.

11Beyond Our Control

We aren't answerable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — severe weather, strikes, carrier disruption and the like. Should one arise, we'll be in touch promptly and keep the impact to a minimum.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts.
